Hello, I'm a proud Latina, physician, scientist, mom, wife and physician leader.

I've been immersed in coaching for half a decade and my life has radically improved because of it. I became a coach to be in service to other Latina physicians, physician-scientists and moms like myself. When one Latina rises she paves the way for others to do the same. When scientists are empowered, they can can show up empowered to their science. When you commit to taking care of your mind first, the rest of your life will follow. There is another way, and I'm here for it.
